I would add that I have used Quiz for this kind of thing because the reports are more robust and it has the potential for feedback.

However, Questionnaire is one of my favorite addiin modules. Never tried to get it to give feedback after a question/element. Good thing this is a Lesson forum because I don't have an answer for that now
