Export function of moodle by iCal format does not support 'All day' event, then the imported event data (ex. to Google calendar) will become to time duration event from 00:00 to 01:00 midnight even if I think the event is all day event.
I had reported a solution of this problem. Please see MDL-22378. I also upload patches for Moodle1.9.8+.
