I think the first thing to check is that in the database, in the table mdl_user, first that user "a.j.137399" exists, and then that the idnumber for the account is actually "CN=a.j.137399,OU=11A,OU=Klassen,OU=Benutzer,OU=server,DC=schule,DC=local,"
