I need to create a new theme for Moodle, but i don't understand :
when i modify file such as "header.html", modification doesn't appear in my navigator :s

When viewing your Moodle theme, after you have made modifications, you need to refresh your browser (navigator) screen. You may need to clear the cache too.
Which theme are you working on, and what changes have you made to the header.html?

Good afternoon Jerome.
If a hard refresh (ctrl F5) and clearing your temporary files doesn't work, then I would suggest disabling your e-accelerator to see if that helps.
To do this you need to:
- edit your php.ini file (found in server/php folder) and change
eaccelerator.enable = "1"
to
eaccelerator.enable = "0"
or comment that line out with semicolon.
Then save php.ini and restart your apache/server (XAMPP)
