Editing names or links of wiki pages

Once I've created a new page within a wiki, and later I need to edit the name of that link, what's the best way to do that?  If I change the name of the link, it prompts me for a new page.  Any suggestions?

Standard wiki format lets you name a link...

Use [text_to_link | link] to do this.
