Module blocks: /home/eprofess/public_html/school/mod/blocks/version.php was not readable

I installed Feedback and right after the installation I received the following error:

Module blocks: /home/eprofess/public_html/school/mod/blocks/version.php was not readable


Then after I refreshed and I am know receiving the following two errors:

Module "blocks" is not readable - check permissions
Module "mod" is not readable - check permissions

Strangely enough, the feedback activity works fine, but the errors at the top of the main page are annoying.

Any ideas on how to stop them?

There is no module called "blocks" or "mod" so you have probably unzipped content of feedback zip package directly to yoursite/mod subfolder and not the site main folder.

Delete folders

/home/eprofess/public_html/school/mod/blocks and
/home/eprofess/public_html/school/mod/mod

and reinstall (unzip) files of feedback so that you have folders

/home/eprofess/public_html/school/mod/feedback and
/home/eprofess/public_html/school/blocks/feedback

Login back to your site and click Notifications (first link in administration menu) or visit http://www.yoursite.xxx/admin/index.php and you should not get those messages anymore.
