How to email Questionnaire?

Good morning,

We have just started using the Questionnaire Module and are wondering how to email it to those we would like to take questionnaires.  It seems from the forum discussions that this is possible but I am a little unclear as to the exact process.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

I'm not sure there is an automatic setting to have it emailed to those people you want to take it - there is a setting to have the responses emailed to selected people however, if that's what you meant. I suppose you could do a workaround and copy the URL of the questionnaire  and then do a bulk message on Moodle (site admin>bulk user actions) to those who you want to take the questionnaire - or if there is a news forum to which everyone is subscribed, you could add a message with the questionnaire URL there and they will receive the link to it in an email.
