#1. Sorry about the wrong URL in my previous message; I have fixed it now. But I repeat, you cannot have guests take a questionnaire in Moodle 2. Unless you resort to the ugly hack mentioned in the discussion.
#2. There must be something wrong with your moodle installation. Are you getting this strange behaviour with other activities than Questionnaire?
