I am using Moodle 1.9.7 to set up a course, and wish to add video and audio links. However, in order for people with low bandwidth to be able to be able to access the material, I would not like the links to download automatically, but only by choice (say, by a user clicking a 'download' button).
Please can you tell me how this can be done? Please be as clear and simple as possible as I am new at this!! In particular, I would prefer not to use HTML format...
