Also, since I'm guessing you want to use your test bank in the Quiz module, you'd be wiser to ask in Using Moodle > Quiz forum rather than here in a social forum.

There is a form in the Moodle Exchange in the Quiz sharing at:

The entry is called XL to Moodle XLM Template.
