When looking at a quiz as an Admin, I can click on the 'Results' tab and it shows all the people who have taken the quiz, their first name, their last name, their scores, points gained for each question, etc. I can then simply click on the export button and I get an Excel document with their scores.
The issue I am having is I only want to export or display certain people out of this initial display, not everyone. As an example, there are 7 people who took it a month ago and now 10 more people. I only want to export the 10 new people. I can obviously delete these rows from the Excel document, but I could end up with hundreds of people down the road in this one quiz and this will become more cumbersome.
I can see there is the select checkbox, but this seems to only work to delete records, which I have not done because I assume this will delete them out of showing up ever. But, I really wish I could put checkmarks in the ones I wanted and it would only export or display those. When I have tried it, the Excel document has everyone.
Anyone have an idea on how I can manage/display this on the Moodle screen and in the Excel doc?
