I am using 1.9.3. I have created a new role say 'Client'. I want to assign the permissions for this role like manage users, send message, etc which I have set.
But I want to give new permission like the user with role 'Client' will be able to change the content for the home page.
Is it possible to create a new capability where the 'Client' will be able to change the content for the home page?
If yes, how can we do and will it affect the basic functionality for moodle?
Please help me.
