In order to provide a clean way of posting papers and returning grades to individual students, I made a group of each student in my class for a forum. 36 students = 36 groups. The theory was that they only see their post and my response - but I can see all the posts, being admin. So, some curious behavior - for some of the students, they receive several posts from others who are not in their group, even though they are in a group of one. How can this happen? I checked and there is indeed only one student/group (one can see (1) on the edit list for groups, as well - as a check).
