Is it possible to direct a link in HTML to Moodle Native Quiz Object?

I have a HTML page with a link, this links needs to be directed to Moodle Quiz object so that user can attempt the quiz for that particular section/lesson.

Is it possible? HOw?

The quiz has a URL, something like

http://.../mod/quiz/view.php?id=123

Just make a link to whatever the URL is.
