Hi all
I'm having a very random problem here!
When a new user signs up to my Moodle (1.0.9), everything works fine, and they get sent an email confirmation. Which is good.
However, very randomly, they don't get sent the email, and are presented with the above message and a "Tried to send you an email but failed!", which is annoying!
Has anyone else encountered this, or know how to fix it?
