Course creator cannot delete courses

Hi,

I have assigned course creators at a category level, they can happily create courses within this category but cannot delete them.

I have had a play with the roles changing the Moodle/course:delete inthe course creator role to "allow" but I still do not seem to have any way of deleting it - I essentially do not have the Turn editing on button in the category list of the category where the user is assigned as course creator..

Any ideas before I get overrun with dead courses..

Tried those but I can't find that code block in the specified file - I assume that it was from a previous version (not 1.9)

Tried putting it in at the end of the file to no avail...

not sure what I did wrong the first time but tried the fix suggested by Mary again and hey presto it worked this time
