May I build a site of resources without teaching activityies?

I am going to build a site of resources about one topic.I've selected many materials about it.But I couldn't explain it as a teacher.I only want show the resources to others.Since the Moodle has many resource type plugins which extend the functionality of resource,I'd not searched a site of resource.Do you know it?

我搜集了某方面的很多资料，想做一个资源型的站点。因为Moodle有很多内容插件，可以对文本、动画、音频、视频等　进行整合。但我并不想像教师那样讲解，只是　想把它们展示出来。

请问：资源整合、资源积累方面的网站，能用MOODLE作出来吗？如果行的话，有没有　例子？

Just add a resource->Link to a file/website and upload your files to the Moodle site. Then allow guest access and anyone can see your resources.

Add a resource->Insert a label is good for explaining or describing your resources.
