im using Moodle 1.9.5. when i make post in forum and set Mail now, my subscribe users are still not receiving the email notification.
Im sure SMTP is working as i have already tested on forgot password feature.
I have the same problem - I found this thread http://moodle.org/mod/forum/discuss.php?d=126656 on teh same subject, there appears to be fix but I am still trying to work out what they mean, my level of understanding is not highe enough, but I have to get this email going.
