You may not recognise that name. I certainly had not heard of Matt until he popped up about a month ago with a proposed fix for MDL-16478. It needed a bit of rework, which he has now done, so this feature is now in Moodle 2.0.
The feature in question is allowing different open/close dates, time limits, password or number of attempts on a quiz for particular students or groups. It had 32 votes, which makes it the 23rd most voted for features request, and the 2nd most voted for quiz feature request, just before it got marked fixed.
Anyway, thanks to Matt, and his employers at the University of Wisconsin - Madison Engineering School and Math Department.
Matt helped resolve issues with wwmqt as well-maybe the nice folk down in cheese country might be interested in taking on a top secret ultra important maths coding project?
