Can you change the global default setting for an assignment for allowing resubmissions and alerts to teachers?
In the database the fields are: "resubmit" and "emailteachers"
Through phpmadmin I changed the value from 0 to 1 but it's still not defaulting to YES.
Any suggestions - am I missing something?
