Is it possible to EXPORT a lesson?
What if I want to convert my lesson into another format, is that possible?

I'm not sure I understand what you want to do. Do you mean the Moodle activity called Lesson? By "Export" do you mean "use in another Moodle course" or "use outside of Moodle",
Could explain a bit more so that people can help?
