Changed User Permissions and now Admin has no permissions

I found a previous thread and ran the adminfix.php script.  It worked but when I logged back in with Moodle as my password, I still had no permissions.  All my students that try to log in are told they are about to enroll in the class but when the click ok, it just asks them again.

I'm so mad at myself!  I changed the permissions for students and they could still send each other messages which was allowing them to instant message over the computers in class.  So, I thought maybe it was the permissions for Users that were the problem and I changed them.  I don't suppose there's a script that I can run to fix that one?

What I apparently did was change the legacy to student.  Anything I can do to fix that?  I'm running Moodle 1.9+ on a Windows XP desktop computer.  It's only usable through our school Intranet and only my 65 students use it.
