Assignment

We have a system in our school where offline activities are graded by a different teacher than the one assigned to a course. I'd like to be able to assign a teacher to an assignment as grader, rather than have the grader give the marks to the course teacher.

I know it would be possible to add all the teachers to the course, but that would mean they all have access to each assignment.

Is it possible to assign a teacher just to an assignment without adding them to the course?
