We have been using the questionnaire module to collect information after students have sat a test. For each question in the test, there are 2 questions in the questionnaire. The first asks about the score the student got for that particular question, the second uses radio buttons. For the first question, we have used numeric question type. However, if a student enters 0 (zero) for their score, whilst this is still visible in the View Individual Responses, in the View All Responses, no zeros are recorded or used in Average calculation.
Any ideas what might be happening?
