Seriously, I can't see any special built-in support for printing workshop submissions and assessments doable. What if the submission is an uploaded MP3 or a link to a video record posted to Youtube or simply a short project abstract with a set of attached files? If, however, the submission consists of just a text, you can print it directly from the workshop web page using your browser feature. Sort of CSS tweaks could be added so the print version does not contain navigation and other web-specific stuff.
