Yes, you can add voting (choice activities on the front page), as done on the Cool Course Competition website. Please see the Choice module FAQ for instructions on how to enable users to participate in a front page choice activity.
But it will be placed like a link on the left side of site. Is it possible to place voting on the right/left column or other places to present voting in original form (question, choices, radio-buttons)?
