Upgraded to v1.9.6 and WYSIWIG HTML editor disappeared

I recently upgraded to v1.9.6. When I logged in to edit some Quiz questions I found the Editor had disappeared. I only had raw HTML code in a plain box with no editor buttons.

How do I get it back?

What browser are you using? I know the editing tools often won't show up for Safari users.

AHA!!

In the meantime I fixed it. Went into HTML Editor settings, unchecked the Enable setting (or whatever it was called), saved the page, then re-checked it and saved again. Editor is now back on the screen.

(BTW using Firefox).
