Moodle v2 installation problem

After database setup section of Moodle2 install (username and password setup)

this page - http://localhost/admin/index.php?lang=en_utf8

I get the following error:

Could not find a top-level course!

System:
Windows XP
PHP 5.2.12
MySQL 5.1.42
Moodle V2 Latest (12/2/2010)

I Don't know if this is the best place for this post!

I'm experiencing the same problem.

Trying to install Moodle V2 on MoWes II.

This problem stems from PHP caching. Clear out any PHP cache you're running before you attempt the install or upgrade. (Restarting Apache will do it if you're unfamiliar)
