Backup and restore

Dear Friends,

I have moodle instal on my localhost, I am trying to transfer all dato to a new server, I have made a backup of the moodledata file, Data Base .
The problem is when I import de Data Base en my new server users can not be trasnfers a I loss acces to my new site.

I somebody can helme I will apreciate all you help.
