Just giving something back here...
We needed a safe browser for quizzes so tried out the Safe Exam Browser (SEB) - installed in Moodle 1.9.7 and worked flawlessly however as the client software was built in german, our users were getting german messages whilst taking a quiz - we needed this in English if we could not stop it happening.
As a result I found a solution to change it all into English and I suspect this would work with any language that Firefox is published in for the same version in SEB. I have published my solution here (on the SEB Forum under the strange name of "babuyagu").

Is there any way to run it on Linux(Ubuntu) Machine ?
