I would like to use the IMS resource. To create IMS packages I have installed ExE, but it does not work and that seems to be problem that several users have. Can anyone recommend another program instead?

I've used http://www.reload.ac.uk/
If you aren't bothered about it being free we have tried Adobe Captivate 4. That worked for us.
