I wouldn't be embarrassed, but Outlook ought to be.
And, I should have thought of this because, would you believe there are 2 Ben Reynoldses at JHU? And the other one is an IT guy. So, people send an email message to So-and-So and copy to Ben Reynolds and a gazillion other people, then have two Ben Reynolds entries and always choose the most recent (wrong) one.
So, that's a nice solution to a problem that was getting scary. As for warnings . . .
