Similar to another question posted on here...
We're struggling with lots of copy/paste errors resulting from embedded HTML language from the text in the original documents.
I noticed that in certain modules, below the HTML text editor there is a field that says "Format: HTML" and it is a fixed setting.
In other modules, it allows the user to toggle between "plain text", "HTML", etc.
...and yet in other modules, you are not given a choice whatsoever.
Is there a way to change the default format to apply to ALL modules/HTML editor fields to make them selectable or default to another setting other than HTML?
Telling people to not copy/paste and instead to only input text by typing directly into the editor is not really an option, neither is listing a caveat to press the Clean Word HTML button (which isn't always a fail safe).
Any way to remedy this???
have you tried enabling the "Enable HTML Purifier" under the Site Administration > Misc option ?
