Does it allow multiple attempts for sure?
Usually if you are setting, for example, 3 attempts for a sco, the status and score sent to LMS will be overwritten 3 times; at the end the course is still available (for review purposes), but the 3rd score will not be overwritten again.
Can you check if this is what it happens?
