I'm running Questionnaire version 2008060403 on a Moodle v 1.9+. Is this the correct version?

Hi John, the "correct" version is always the latest available from the Modules and Plugins database. If you are in doubt, please upgrade to that latest version avaiblble (for Moodle 1.9).
