This seems to be the same as my problem. The Moodle instance is not updated! See earlier messages in this thread with the Moodle Tracker numbers that Gordon provided. Send those numbers to your Moodle administrator.

But don't expect them to change things right away! Our admins (Moodlerooms) are taking their time. They want to make sure this fix doesn't break something else.
