If you click on the 'analysis' tab in the Feedback activity, did you check if the answers given were present there?
From another context, I do remember that Excel allows only a limited amount of characters in a cell. I ended up using ODS (Open Office or Neo Office) format in this matter. Unfortunately Open Office is not supported by the version of Feedback we use in our setup.
You may want to see if you can reduce question 16 in size or split it up in multiple items.
