trying to export a gradebook - able to get an xls file with 20k users but fails with 25k+ users. Web page error "unable to download export.php..". Not sure if this is a performance issue (although web and db servers are not hitting 100% CPU or mem at the point of the query) and perhaps a limitation of current PHP settings or if there is some limit within the file size that is created (the last gradebook was 3,5MB). Any pointers to where the bottleneck is welcome.
