There hasn't been any activity in this discussion on Feedback Activity NOT GRADABLE in the General problems forum for a while, however, as far as I can see this issue is still unresolved and I didn't see a feature request in the Moodle Tracker, yet. If Feedback does go into 2.0, I know a number of moodlers who would want it to be gradable.
