do you mean that you have created two users and when you login as user A editor is missing but if you login as user B editor is there?
Both your users have editor enabled from user profile (when editing text - Use HTML editor)
Both users use Firefox (or IE)
You use the same computer...with same plugins and programs...and javascript is enabled from browser settings?
Or are there some differences between these two users? Does it happen everywhere in your moodle?
