Dear all,
I need to create a new role of admin assistant. With this role, I will be have someone to help me open new course, adding new users, checking all the courses and assisting the teachers to maintain their courses for the coming sememster. Meanwhile, the new role does not have the ability to modify the system setting (such as the layout, assign roles... etc).

My question is how to close the ability to modify the "Front Page" in the Site Administration Block?
