After answering question, jumps to top of page

In a question page, after answering a question it reloads the page at the top and students have to scroll down. Some students report confusion at this point because they are seeing something they have seen before.

Is there a way to reload the page so it jumps down to the feedback section?

Or is the normal thing to do to make it go to new pages (one for a correct answer and another for an incorrect one)?

thanks,
Paul

Hi Paul,

I am just full of no solutions to problems today.

Teach the students the short cut key that takes them to the bottom of every web page in their favorite browser smile Hint Ctrl+end in Firefox.

Oh yes, nothing is usual in the world of education. There are several options that might not show any feedback. See Lesson settings.

It should be possible to tweak the code so the student does not see the question, just the feedback so they will not be confused by the context of the answer's feedback (while possible I am just kidding).

Best Chris
