I got a call from the teacher today about this was some more information. Seems when he places a check mark in the box to aggregate including subcategories it makes the extra credit option appear. I tested it out and sure it enough that is the case. I attached screen shots. The only thing I did was to check and uncheck the aggregate including subcategories check box for quarter 3.
Any ideas? Or still a bug?
