Could it be on my end? Could it be my server? I just switched to a new server and a higher level of php. I ran into this problem with the slower server however. Occasionally I notice that a student laptop shows something like "now connected to a wireless network. Ik kind of implies that they were momentarily not connected. However, I have not specifically been able to link this event with the "with the quizport not found" problem. But maybe this occurs just when they are switching between quizzes.
> the "with the quizport not found" problem
Could you be precise. If possible please copy and paste the exact message.
> Could it be on my end? Could it be my ?
It is hard to say, until we know exactly what the message was.
Do you get the problem on computer connected via a cable to the LAN?
Will get tomorrow.
<<<Do you get the problem on computer connected via a cable to the LAN?>>>
The one desktop is directly connected but is generally not be used for this. There are some more lan drops. I will bring some cables from home and see if those laptops run into the problem.
The address is: ..../moodle/mod/quizport/attempt.php
As far as I can see, QuizPort doesn't ever produce this error. It might produce a message saying "Unit attempt not found". Is that what you mean?
It could be. I wrote it down quickly, may not have gotten it down correctly.
I too am having a problem with Quizport.
When my students finish a quizport port lesson they get this error:
"Unit attempt not in progress"
I've tried everything to resolve this.... Even deleted all previous attempts.
Do you have any suggestions?
Any more thoughts on this issue? After reading Quizzes taking a long time to upload I was wondering if Delay 3 could be contributing in part to the Quiz Attempt not in progress. I notice that mine are defaulting to Use specific time (in seconds) of 02.
