Enrolment

Hello, I have been wondering if there is a way to auto enroll or even bring up the screen to enroll in course after a person uses the email confirmation to create an account in my site? I have it set up so a person can go to the frontpage, click on the course and they get to the part of new to this site please fill out info and they get a email conf. when they get brought to the course it will not let them do anything until they enroll in course. Is there any way to bring up the do you want to enroll in course right away instead of looking at the admin bar on left and choose enroll from there?
