In the moodle 2nd edition that I am using, when I am trying to upload a file, it allows to do so but it does not show the 'Choose, Edit, Rename' Options under the Action column, neither it shows the 'select all, deselect all' buttons nor the 'with the choosen file' dropdown box. In the image I have attached, I have shown the page that is displayed when I click the upload a file button
