Changes to Schedules - Sending an E-Mail to Inform Delegates

Does anyone know if it is possible for the Face-to-face module to send an e-mail to all delegates if there is a change to the event details - i.e. the time or location changes?

Any news on this?

When I change dates no email or new ical meeting is sent.

Hi All


I am new to the forum and have been asked a similar questions as above 

Has there been any development - currently our face to face course send confirmations and reminders for joining a sessions and cancelling a session. However if you change the date, time and venue it doesnt send anything 

As i work in the nhs sometimes time and venues can change so this would be a good facility if available

Hi all, 

I have just stated looking at this problem and it seems the big tracker (despite being 6 years old and tagged as of major importance) has not been addressed. 

Had anyone figured out a workaround? Would duplicating the event, changing the time/place (email generated) and then canceling the first event (email generated) work? Is that even possible? 

I'll be testing tomorrow, just speculating atm.
