NotGraded Block not working

NotGraded Block not working

I'm going nuts with this!  I have students uploading make up work and I really could use a way to see the assignments that have not been graded.  I figure this is the best bet.  I am using Moodle 1.9 and I have downloaded the latest version of NotGraded.  I unzipped the download and put the files into a folder called "NotGraded" in the Blocks folder of the Moodle directory.  I can't get it to be "seen" by Moodle.  What am I doing wrong?

No ideas? Still can't get it to work and I've been fighting with it for quite a while now.

Hi,

Try to click NOTIFICATION on the SITE ADMINISTRATION. in your site if you are an admin you will see it... The "notification" is the one that activate the new installed block "NOTGRADE" block...

Notifications is where I don't see it. I guess I'd just as well give up on it. I'm spending more time on it than it's going to save in the long run. Thanks anyway.
