How to Interlink Server moodle with 30+ remote server moodles ?

Dear Moodle Team,

We are from an Educational Institute which works on enhancing the quality of education through certification program. At present we deal with 30+ remote colleges and will expand to 200+ in a span of 2 years.

We are encouraging those colleges to use moodle for internal submissions and grading . And we are planning to have transparency of the activities by connecting our "Main moodle server" to all those remote moodle servers.

Our server has to communicate with those remote servers during 'off peak time' and get updated with the submissions and grades done so far (mirroring).

We are wondering how to figure it out? and hope a help from this forum.

This is a distributed moodle system that we created and I think it matches with your requirements exactly. However work on it is still in progress and even though the basic distributed functionality is working, it might be months before we see a release of the code in open source.

@subodh: since when does a standard server running moodle only support 50-60 concurrent users?!
