'enrolment key' - MAJOR problem with message

When a user clicks on a course they get this message: "This course requires an 'enrolment key' - a one-time
password that you should have received from :" followed by a link to EVERY student in the course. HELP!!!!!!!

First: go to your course and click on administration>assign roles. Look to see if the teacher role has all your students in it -if it does, take them all out. If it doesn't then have a look at my earlier post here where I replied to yousmile

There's slightly more to it than that. In order to get them all listed as key holders - whatever else you did you must have specified a value (possibly/probably student) in the keyholder setting in the manual enrolment setup screen.

Site Administration > Courses > Enrolments > Manage enrolments, 'edit' next to 'Internal enrolment' and check the 'enrol_manual_keyholderrole' setting. It should either be set to a genuine keyholder role (which will almost never be a standard role) or nothing.
